Cecilia Parada, M.D. Board Certifications •  Anatomic Pathology •  Cytopathology Education •  National University of Colombia,     Bogota, Colombia •  National University of Colombia School     of Medicine, Bogota, Colombia Biography Dr. Parada is board certified in anatomic pathology and cytopathology.   She received her medical degree from the National University of Colombia in Bogota, Colombia.  She completed her residency at New York University Medical Center and the University of South Florida. Dr. Parada was Medical Director at the University General Hospital of Seminole from 1978 to 1980 and a staff pathologist for Ruffolo, Hooper & Associates since 1982. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology, the American Pathology Foundation, the College of American Pathologists, the Florida Society of Pathologists, and the Florida Medical Association.
